Travelling from the North
On the A1 pass the Angel of the North and turn off at the junction and follow A1231. You are now entering Washington, continue straight into A1231. Continue straight onto the roundabout. After 452 yards take the 2nd Exit (to District 10(heading toward Peel Retail Park)) off the roundabout onto Spire Road, turn right on the Second exit.


Travelling from the South
On the A1, Leave the A1(M) and straight ahead into A194(M). You are entering WASHINGTON Leave the A194(M) and straight ahead into A182.Leave the A194(M) and straight ahead into A182. Continue straight onto roundabout.After 452 yards take the 2nd Exit (to District 10(heading toward Peel Retail Park)) off the roundabout onto Spire Road, turn right on the Second exit.
